​How Do I Place An Order?

 

S H O P P I N G   R U N S

Complete your Style Profile and you will be prompted to choose a run type.  Payment for One Time and Monthly runs will be completed online.  If you choose a When You Want It [customized] run, your Personal Shopper will reach out to you to confirm the subscription frequency.  Each time a run is to occur, an invoice will be sent directly to your email.

j. l a merchandise can be ordered through The Shop.  Simply 'Add to Cart' and then proceed to Check Out.

Extra finds listed in The Shop are available for Club Members only. Log in to gain access to the extra finds, 'Add to Cart', and proceed to Check Out.  Not a part of the club?  Sign up for a Monthly, Every Other, or Quarterly box to automatically enroll into The Club. Minimum subscription required for The Club is a Quarterly run.

 

Why do I need to complete a Style Profile?

Your Style Profile will allow your j. l a personal shopper to customize the fashion hunt to you... So don't be shy!  Fill out your Style Profile and tell us all of your likes and dislikes.

 

 

 

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is free within the United States!

Can I cancel my subscription?

 

Yes! We'd be sad to see you go, but we understand if you absolutely have to!  Cancellations can be made at any time, but must be made one week before your scheduled run. Contact your personal shopper for more info.

What is your return | refund | exchange policy?

We welcome exchanges for reworked runs if your initial finds did not work for you.  Exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your finds.

 

However, you will receive a Style Card via email to preview your finds prior to shipping so you can tell your Personal Shopper right away if you don't like any of your finds. Reworks can be requested upfront within 24 hours from receiving your Style Card.

  • Once a return is received, your personal shopper will rework the run for you.

  • Shipping back to j. l a is the customer's responsibility.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags still attached.

  • All returned finds are exchanged for a new, re-worked box.

  • Returns can only be made within 2 weeks of receiving your box.

  • Contact your personal shopper, or use our Contact Us page to send your return request.

All accessories, bags, purses, and j. l a merchandise are final sale.  No exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Apparel and footwear can be returned within 2 weeks as long as it is accompanied with a receipt/invoice and merchandise is unworn, in original condition, and has all hang tags/tickets attached.
