EXTRA LOVE NOTES:​

• To be a part of  T H E  C L U B, the minimum subscription required is a Quarterly subscription. 

• Being a part of the club gives you exclusive access to additional deals/finds that are available for purchase in The Shop, a la carte style.  These finds are also directly emailed to Club Members if they match their style.

• For Monthly subscribers: after your 12th run within 12 consecutive months, we will go on a  "thank you" run on the house (for FREE) to how how much we appreciate the loyalty!​

• No commitments on any of our subscriptions!  Cancellations or changes can be made at any time through your Personal Shopper as long as they are made no later than one week prior to your next shipment date.

Finds ship after payment has been received. Any issues with payment may delay your shipment.

j. l a personal shoppers shop all fashion throughout LA to find you the best Designer deals.  We are not paid or commissioned by any of the Designers to use their merchandise.

​

We welcome exchanges up to two weeks after finds are delivered. Email your personal shopper or visit the Contact Us page to send your return request.

• Shipping back to j. l a is the customer's responsibility.

• Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, and with all hangtags/price tickets still attached.  

• All returned finds are exchanged for new, re-worked finds.

• Exchange requests must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your finds. The delivery date from the tracking number is used to determine the receipt date of your finds.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply contact your personal shopper at least 1 week prior to your next shipment. All promotional items based on a required subscription locks in the number of runs described in the promotion and cancellation of the subscription may occur only after that number of runs have occurred.
